I’ve been going to Lisa for several months. She was very knowledgeable and she understood my issues when discussing my areas of pain. Most of my massages have been deep tissue, but it depends on what is bothering me and what she feels is the best for achieving relief. I have nerve damage after a full knee replacement and she has been able to provide relief in the leg, and I have more range of motion than before I started seeing her. I highly recommend Lisa!!
