I graduated from Washington State Community College in 2022.

The work I did with Equine Massage and Working with Riders stoked my enthusiasm for deeper study of anatomy and the way the different parts of the body work together to form the symphony that is made as we move and live our lives. I love solving puzzles and helping others and this is allows me to do both.

Working with clients to solve their hurts and help them achieve their goals is very fulfilling. Whether that is staying in peak shape for their sport or to have more freedom to enjoy their everyday life.

I believe in treating the whole person rather than just part, in finding the source of the pain instead of treating symptoms. The body functions as a whole and works together so it needs to be treated as a unit with special attention to any area that is under more strain. Massage should rejuvenate your body and mind increasing relaxation even as the body is put back in tune. I strive to find what each individuals version of relaxing is so they can get the most out of each session.

I love learning and finding new ways to help my clients and can’t wait to see what I can do in the future.
